Whether your aim is to lose weight, tone up, get fitter, gain in confidence or look and feel better, the S.S.S. workout really works and is fun.


You can burn up to 500 calories in our workout by combining the rebounder, power plate, resistance bands and Swiss ball.


The main components of exercise are stamina, strength and suppleness, (s.s.s.) The routine covers all of these aspects.


If required, advice will then be given on diet whether it be to lose weight, gain weight or eat more healthily.
