Dougie gives talks on Good Health and also on some of his marathon escapades. He has given talks to sports clubs, colleges, rotary clubs, the W.I. and charity events.
He also runs workshops for the public at the Good Health Centre on "The components of a healthy life" and "Learn how to massage".

In this two and a half hour workshop, Dougie talks about how he overcame his own health issues, and why we cannot rely on the N.H.S. anymore to take care of us.
